Virgie "Nell" McCarter's Obituary
Graveside services for Virgie ?Nell? McCarter, 83, of Longview, will be 10 AM Monday, June 14, 2004, in Rosewood Park Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with Reverend Bill Voss
officiating. Interment will follow.
Nell was born May 10, 1921 in Tow Valley, Texas to Isaac Virgle Cornelius and Florinda Peacock. She was a homemaker.
She had been a resident of Longview since 1960 coming from Tyler, TX.
Mrs. McCarter was preceded in death by her husband in 1992 and is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Dennis McCarter of Longview and Gary and wife, Laura McCarter, also of Longview. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Brandon McCarter of Dallas, Amy Scott and her husband Dan of Austin and Michael McCarter of Longview.
A great grandson , Preston Lemieux also survives.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon,
June 13, 2004 from 1-3 PM.
