Bob, Vicheal and Family, I am so shocked by Vicky's death. I had no idea that she was that ill. Please accept my sympathy as well as that of my husband, Jimmy and my son Paul. Your great aunt, and my mother, Georgia Baxter Hicks, also sends her deepest regrets and sympathy. It is always hard to lose a member of the Baxter clan.

Being a graduate of LHS class of 1971, I knew Vicky and always knew she was an angel from God ... Ms Mavis taught me more than I ever thought my brain could know ... this family is a true example of God's glory! My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time ...##imported-begin##Holly Homan Latham##imported-end##
Dear Bob, Mr. Rollins and Family,
I first met Vicky over 35 years ago in the Single Adult Sunday School Class at First Baptist Church. She was a special friend and person. Vicky and her dog Bullett even stayed at my house and kept my children for a week when I went on vacaton. She always had a smile on face, a big hug, and never complained about herself. I will truley miss her and pray that God will comfort you and your family during this difficult time.##imported-begin##Wilma Taylor##imported-end##
Dearest Bob, VG and family:
Our deepest prayers go out to each of your during this time. Vicky was such an inspiration to many. Being a part of the "Working Women's Social" was a treat and Vicky and Ruth always had a special place for all to meet and visit. Those were the days! Keeping Jesus in our hearts is the ultimate source of life in the end, may God be with you all.
In Jesus's heavenly name,##imported-begin##Keith & Donna Blanton##imported-end##

Dear Bob, Mr. Rollins, Jim Bob and Families,
We are so sad to hear about Vicky's passing. I have fond memories of taking a trip to visit TWU with her, as a prospective student. I loved her sense of humor. Our weddings occurred within a couple of weeks. We even had a joint bridal shower. We will always cherish the priviledge of knowing Vicky. Her smile lit up the room. Our deepest sympathies to your families.##imported-begin##Maggie & Dennis Johnson##imported-end##
Dearest Bob and family:
Vicky was such a worthwhile person who had an unbelievable sense of fun. More than anything else I will miss her pithy, funny "right on the mark" assessments of people, life and living. It's so hard to realize that one so young and worthwhile is gone. As we remember some of her astute, humerous, intelligent observations and have a heartfelt chuckle, we will also remember her warmth and liveliness.
