"Mom for years i have tried to think of who was the lucky one, me for having you as a mom or you for having me as a son. I believe i have found that out now, it was me. I know whatever I say here is not going to be close to what is in my heart. I know "I Love You" for many reasons. You were the one that wiped away my tears when I would cry. You would try to make me happy when i felt sad. You were there for me every step of the way during my life and supported me even if what I was doing was most likely the wrong thing. I could not have had a better person in my life to help show me the right way. You put yourself in a very special place in your Grandsons life and I thank you for that. I believe having you he there life is going to make them great men.
I would like you to know i would like to thank you for being there for me and Leslie though some rocky times.
I will never forget the many of late hours we spent at the boats and the the trouble we got into when we would get home and dad was up ready to go to work. I will never forget the longest 15 min. of my life setting in whatabuger drive though. I will never forget the one night of my life I spent in the Hospital and you were by my side though the whole thing.
Mom I could keep going on and on. I just would like to thank you for being my mom and loving me like you did. You will also be with me every step I take. Please help guide me in the right way so I can help guide the grandsons in the right way.
Thank you for loving my wife like she was your own. Because I know she loves you like you were just like her mom.
Mom you have made my life so much easier then yours was, thank you. I did not have to walk 2 miles to and from school in the snow up hill both ways like you did. I remember that story just like you told it to me yesterday.
I just wanted to say thank you, I love you and you will always be with me.
"Love your best son"

Cousins Kevin, Mark, & Family, For some moments in life there are no words. My heart is breaking for you. I know you have heard this from a lot of people but it is SO true. Aunt Vicki was a VERY special lady. She never failed. If someone is upset she would find a way to make them smile or even laugh. I remember making many trips from Tulsa to Shreveport when I was little and a few as I got older. We always had fun and laughs. She had a way of making everyone feel special. Aunt Vicki would talk about you boys, Leslie, and her grandchildren all the time. She was always so proud. She may not have told you all the time but she would tell everyone else how proud she was. Don't forget that.
Just remember this " I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even in death. Aunt Vicki will continue to participate in every act, thought, and decision we make. Her love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared her love.
Dear Aunt Vicki,
Until I get there will you (((Hug))) my mom for me please. As much as we hate for you to leave this earth I know she is happy to see you with open arms. She loved you so much. Please give my brother a huge (((Hug))) too along with the rest of the family.

Grandma I sit here tonight still not thinking it's real. In the past week I have laughed more than I have cried. I think this goes to show what an incredible person you were. I'm so happy you got to meet Morgan and she now has everlasting memories of you as well. You ALWAYS could make me laugh. You were hands down the funniest person I have ever known. From "Uncle Bens Rice" to "Charles....why are you picking on gramma". I can't express how much I appreciate everything you've done for me in my life. I could not have been blessed with a better grandmother. I look forward to sharing my memories of you with all 26 of mickeys unborn children. I love you so much and I know you are already getting on paws case about getting something to eat. I can hear it now "Vicki I'm a grown man. When I'm ready to eat I will eat. " I love you gramma and will truly miss you.
