Vicki Gilliland's Obituary
Vicki Gilliland,68, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2026, at her residence in Longview, TX.
Born on July 23, 1957, Vicki lived a life centered on family and kindness. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose love and generosity touched everyone who knew her. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and watching her children and grandchildren grow.
She is survived by her sons, Paul Gilliland, wife Chelcy, and Kevin Gilliland, wife Tina. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Tana Tucker, husband Logan, Tylon Gilliland, Samuel Bass-Gilliland, Dakota Hickman, and John Hickman. Vicki is also survived by her brothers, John Morgan, Mark Morgan, and Marty Morgan, wife Karen. Along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended gamily members, and dear friends who will cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents Doyle and Dorothy Morgan: her sisters Connie Dowdy, Robin Walker, Sharon Mooney; and her brothers James, Dave, and Steve.
Vicki will be remembered for her stubbornness, love for Dr. Pepper, loving heart, unwavering strength and the warmth she brought into the lives of those around her. Her legacy lives on through the family she loved so deeply and the countless memories they will forever hold close to their hearts.
Though she will be greatly missed, her love and spirit will remain with all who knew and loved her.
Memorial come and go will be on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Rader Funeral home from 5 to 7 PM
