Troy Quinn Jones' Obituary
Funeral services for Troy Quinn Jones, 50, of White oak will be held at 2 PM Friday, March 25, 2016 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in White Oak with Pastor Chad Richardson officiating. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Burial will follow in New White Oak Cemetery. Mr. Jones passed from this life on March 21st. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
Troy was born October 3, 1965 in Clifton, TX to John Henry and Gloria Jones. He was a loving husband and father. He was very patriotic, loyal to God and his country. Troy joined the military after high school; was a combat veteran who served in the U.S. Navy, Army, Reserves, and MIUWU unit with naval air station Dallas. He was a graduate of the JFK Special Warfare School. Troy worked in law enforcement for Lubbock and McClennan Counties before going into sales. He was a Business Development Manager for Zedi Inc. in Houston Texas in the oil and gas industry at the time of his passing. Troy will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Henry Jones and his sister, Charlotte Jones. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Joni, his daughter Casey, his son Andrew, and his dog Blue. He is also survived by his mother Gloria Jones of Lamesa, sister Angela Acevedo (Jose Acevedo) of Lamesa, Dollann Supulvado (Larry Supulvado) of Spur, brother Henry Jones (Robbie Clemens) of Lamesa, and numerous nieces and nephews.
