Mass of Christian Burial for Troy Anthony Landry, 46, of Longview will be 2 PM Monday, September 29, 2008 at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Rev. Gavin Vavarek officiating under direction of Rader Funeral Home with Rosary rites beginning at 1:30 PM prior to Mass. Burial will follow at Rosewood Park.
Troy was born September 7, 1962 in Dallas and died Saturday, September 27, 2008 in Longview from complications of Huntington's Korea disease.
A 1981 Graduate of Pine Tree High School, he then attended Kilgore College, Stephen F. Austin University and Seminary at St. Thomas Aquinas in Richfield, Connecticut. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Longview.
He is survived by his parents, Lois and Eric Landry; his sister, Cammie Landry all of Longview; his grandmother, Monique Duhon of Crowley, LA and many extended relatives in the Lafayette, LA area.
The family would like to give special thanks to the Crest Care Nursing Home and Longview Regional Hospital staffs for the loving care and dedication throughout his illness. And to our many friends and family for keeping Troy in their prayers.
