Travis Steven Scott
Funeral services for Travis Steven Scott, 18, of Pritchett, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2009 at the New Beginnings Baptist Church, Longview with the Reverend Kelly Bates officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Pritchett. He passed away Wednesday, April 22, at Lake O? The Pines.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Travis was born June 6, 1990 in Longview. He was a 2008 graduate of Gladewater High School where he was very involved in the athletic program. Also, he was an avid artist and writer. He was employed with his father in the masonry business.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffery Dwayne Boling.
Those left to cherish his memory are his father, Steve Scott of Jefferson; mother, Jeanie Green of Pritchett; sisters and brothers-in-law, Tina and Mike Roach and Valarie and James White all of Longview and Ashley and Jason Stewart of Gladewater; brothers and sisters-in-law, Brian and Kandice Scott and Brady and Amanda Scott all of Longview; nieces, Courtney Scott, Shelby Scott, Eva Scott and Elana Stewart; nephews, Hunter Roach, Zane White and Brendan Scott; several aunts, uncles, other relatives and numerous friends.
