Timoteo Lopez's Obituary
Funeral Mass services for Timoteo "Tim" Lopez, age 82, of Henderson will be held Thursday March 29, 2012 at 10:00am at St. Jude's Catholic Church with Father J. Lucas officiating. Burial will follow in Rusk County Memorial Gardens under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Henderson.
Mr. Lopez was born January 24, 1930 in Zacatecas , Mexico to Andres and Angelina Lopez and was the oldest of five children. Tim moved to East Texas in 1963 where he was ranch foreman for the late Harrison Wood and the late Chester R. Martin at Kat Creek Ranch. For the last fifteen years, he was employed at Jacson, Inc. where he worked until his retirement from this life on March 26, 2012.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Maria J. Lopez Reynoso; his six children, Ramon Lopez & wife Belinda, Teresa Threadgill & husband Chris, Carmen Marshall & husband David, Rosa Martin & husband Hal, Rosario Flesher & husband Darrell, Bernice Still & husband Mike; his nine grandchildren, Gerry Lopez, Kristen & Jackson Threadgill, David J. Marshall & wife Dara, Alex Martin, Anastasia & Isabella Flesher, Alicia & Tricia Still.
Pallbearers will be Gabriel Cantero, Billy Bob Parker, Henry Minor, Phill Stanley, John Kelley, Kenneth Lee, Darrell Flesher, Sean Dickerson, and Mike Still.
Honorary Pallbearers are Hubert "Jr." Jordan, Sid Ashby, Pete Branham, Hansel Walker, and Robert Harris.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Catholic Church Building Fund, Rusk County Child Welfare Board, or Full Armor Christian Academy.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-7pm.
Rosary will be recited at 7pm.
