Thomas "Tommy" Elliott
Funeral services for Thomas "Tommy" Elliott, 31, of Longview will be held at 12 O'clock Noon at Mobberly Baptist Church with Dr. Glynn Stone and Brother Danny Sammons officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Springs Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Tommy passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013 follow a victorious battle with cancer.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Tommy was born April 7, 1981 in Longview. He was a 2001 graduate of White Oak High School and was a rig supervisor for TEC Well Services. Tommy was an active member of Mobberly Baptist Church where he was a member of the Montgomery Sunday School Class.
Tommy was a loving father, and his children were the most important thing in his life. He was a devoted husband and loving son, brother, uncle, friend and grandson. He was avid Texas Ranger fan and a devoted Dallas Cowboy fan.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Elliott and grandfather, Bailey Mobley; and granny, Esther Briggs...
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jennifer Elliott of Longview; children, Nevada Lane, Caleb River, Teya Danielle, Zoe Jane and Laykin Reese all of Longview; parents, Nelda Elliott of Longview and Sandra and Tim Riddle of Hallsville; sisters, Renee Noble and husband Jeff of Paris and Tabitha Ayers of Hallsville; grandparents, Mary Mobley of Marshall and Scott and Dorothy Elliott of Longview; nephews, Nicholas and Jaxon Noble of Paris, and Ryan and Colby Ayers of Hallsville; and numerous friends and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Lane Jordan, Ryan Ayers, Colby Ayers, Scott Elliott, Chris McNabb and Danny Sammons. Honorary pallbearers will be Shawn Ethridge, Thomas Gibson and Edgar De La Fuenta.
