John and Brenda, It was sad to see that I lost one of my best friends. We sat at
the same table at Colonial Village for five years. Since I worked for Child Protective
Services and knew about CASA, we had a lot in common. That, and my husband
served in the US Marines for 20 years. I will truly miss one fine man. I am sorry
for your loss and will remember your family in my prayers.

It was an honor and a pleasure to work with Tom while I worked at CASA. He often talked about his family and their importance to him. Tom's dedication and generosity to the children in foster care is unmatched. I was blessed to know Tom!
To the Family of Thomas Carter, I enjoyed his talks when I pick him up to go to Church and then after Church we would go out with a group from Church and have lunch and set and talk.
