I have had the occasional opportunity to work with Thomas at CHRISTUS Good Shepherd and he was always kind. He will, without a doubt, be very missed by his CHRISTUS Good Shepherd family.
Thomas has been the most wonderful neighbor. I think everyone in our neighborhood would say he was our #1 favorite. On days that I had to work extra late, he would pull my trash cans back up to my driveway. He and Carson were an amazing team and they would include all the neighborhood children who are all grown now but I did get to see that magic again with the Compton children and now watching he and DD be grandparents. I remember how he would work so hard on the yard while DD would serve in Africa. I remember how he would look at her.
I know people are coming to Jesus because of Thomas. Makes such sense he would bring people to the light as he was and still is such a bright spirit.
In Jesus’ name, I pray comfort and peace over all his loved ones. I pray we are kinder due to his example: kind like Thomas. What a tremendous human :heart:
