Tom and Bob were such good friends. Their friendship spanned their entire lives from boyhood competitors on the baseball field, to fraternity brothers in college, to golf buddies in their later years. Tom was a welcome guest in our home and he always brought me a lovely gift whenever he stayed with us. So thoughtful. Tom had a great sense of humor and a mischievous twinkle in his eye. He loved to talk and tell stories while enjoying a cocktail and a cigar. I so enjoyed listening to Tom and Bob laugh and reminisce whenever Tom came for a visit.
