Theola Ann White Craig's Obituary
Theola Ann White Craig, age 103, passed away January 7, 2012 at Pine Tree Lodge Nursing Center, Longview. She was born to Robert and Theodosia Rogers in Comanche, OK on October 1, 1908. She attended local schools in Oklahoma. While living in Oklahoma, Theola met and married the love of her life, Everett Ed White. Ed, an oil field worker, and Theola moved to the New London, Texas area during the oil boom. Eventually she moved to Henderson where she lived for many years until moving to Longview in 1980 where she lived with her daughter, Betty J. Lowe Hays. Theola loved the art of sewing and making crafts and spent many happy hours doing both. She is survived by her son, Steve Daniel White, four grandchildren, J.D. Lowe, III, Judy Watson, Pascal White and Aaron White, four great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Theola is preceded in passing by her loving husband Ed White, dedicated daughter, Betty J. Lowe Hays, and grandson, Don A. Lowe. There will be a time of visitation Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at Rader Funeral Home, Longview from 5-7pm and services celebrating Theola's life will be at the funeral home the next day, Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 2pm.
