Thelma L. Williamson's Obituary
A celebration of the life of Thelma L. Williamson, 80, of East Mountain, will be 10 AM Friday in the East Mountain Baptist Church with Dr. Ray Tenpenny officiating. Interment will follow in East Mountain Cemetery. Mrs. Williamson was born May 12, 1925 in Union Grove, TX to O. W. Adkins and Lela Jane McKinley Adkins. She passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2005 in a local care center.
Mrs. Williamson was a secretary for the East Mountain Schools , was a homemaker and member of the East Mountain Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, son, Ronnie Cox and wife Zelda of East Mountain and daughter, Linda Price and husband Larry of East Mountain; grandchildren, Ronnie Cox and wife Julie of Kilgore, DeDe Gibson and husband, Allen of Tyler, Chase Bonds and wife, Joanie of Longview, Candace Moser and husband, Heath of Longview, Amber Mayhan and husband, Shane of Gilmer, and Robin Harper and husband, Shane of Broken Arrow, OK; ten great grandchildren , with one on the way, and a niece, Janna Nash and husband, Jon of Aliso Viejo, CA.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6-8 PM and have asked that memorial donations be made to Hearts Way Hospice, 1306 Pine Tree Rd, Longview, Texas 75604.
