Terrence O'Brien's Obituary
Services for Terrence "Terry" Patrick O'Brien, 26, of Tatum will be 10 AM Saturday, July 19, 2008 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home with Dr. Gregg Zackary officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Rosewood Park in Longview. Terry passed away Tuesday evening in a Dallas hospital after a long battle with Leukemia. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6-8 PM.
Terry was born on May 20, 1982 in Dallas, Texas to Robert and Anna O'Brien. After High School, he proudly served his country in the United States Coast Guard. Terry battled Leukemia for the past five years.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marvin L. O'Brien.
Those left to cherish his memory are his parents; 2 brothers, Robert Allan O'Brien, JR of Arlington, and Jason Michael O'Brien of Longview; grandparents, James and Jean Bellah of Long Beach, Mississippi, and Beverly O'Brien of Lake Cherokee; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family request that memorials be made in Terry's memory to Refuge International, 104 N. Montgomery, Gilmer, Texas 75644; or to Because I Care, PO BOX 6525, Longview, Texas 75608.
