Teri Gardner's Obituary
Teri Lynn Welch Gardner was born to Tommy Welch and Carleen Welch Schriner in Longview, TX on June 22, 1968 and passed away in Rowlett, TX this past Sunday, January 24, 2016.
Teri grew up in Hallsville, TX and was a long time member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Longview. After graduating high school at Hallsville she attended Kilgore Junior College where she received her associates degree. She worked as a marketing agent for Blue Cross Blue Shield for many many years. She was a passionate fan of football, especially her Dallas Cowboys.
Teri was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Gardner, grandparents; Billie and Chuck Martin and Carl Swindler and Dessie Welch Waters. She was also preceded by her aunts; Barbara Powell and Sandra Welch Mowery.
Left to cherish Teri’s memory are her Fiancé Bobby King, her mother, Carleen Welch Schriner and her husband Rick Schriner and Teri’s father, Tommy Welch. Her brother, Kevin Welch and Niece, Kourtney Welch. Teri is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews, step-grandchildren, friends, and her good friends; Buddy and Annette King and Jenny and Ed Gardner.
A memorial service will be held for Teri at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home in Longview at 2pm on Saturday, January 30.
