I learned today of my sweet friend's passing. I am so saddened that this world has lost just a beautiful soul, but heaven has gained one! She was one of my very first tax preparers in Longview. We became instant friends and I went to her every single year for 27 years. I will surely miss her wonderful smile, accent and delightful personality. We often ran into each other at Lowes in the flower section. We shared our children's and grandchildren's births, growing up and many more memories.

I was shocked and saddened to just now read about Margaret's passing. She was a wonderful woman who for many years was my tax lady at H&R Block. I looked forward to seeing her every year and have many memories of our conversations about not just taxes but life in general. She will truly be missed. Rest in peace Margaret.
