Sylvia Ann Cunningham's Obituary
Sylvia Ann Cunningham, 75, of Longview, passed away peacefully February 13, 2017 in Longview, Texas surrounded by her family.
Sylvia was a true homemaker in every sense of the word and the rock of her family. She was a loving wife, caring mother, and a doting grandmother to twenty adoring grandchildren. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed movies, board and card games and above all else, spending time with her family. She was a devout and faithful Christian and wished to pass this love of Christ to everyone.
Sylvia is preceded in death by her mother and best friend Elizabeth Adkins.
Sylvia is survived by her loving husband Don Cunningham; two brothers Fred and Medford Adkins; sons Charles Pharr, Don Cunningham Jr., and Roger Cunningham; daughter Louann Pharr; nine grandchildren James Warton, Angela (Warton) Wells, Joshua Warton, Jeremiah Warton, Andrew Pharr, Emily (Pharr) Kirkley, Erica (Pharr) Stegall, Braydon Cunningham, and Cailin Cunningham; and eleven great-grandchildren Sayliam and James Wells Jr., Khaki, Kassidy, Konan, and Kylie Pharr, Carlee and Case Kirkley, Leah Stegall, Lexi Warton, and Cooper Warton.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Heart to Heart Hospice and Longview Oncology Center for their support in her final days.
Funeral Services will be February 17, 2017 starting at 2pm at the chapel of Rader Funeral Home in Longview with Pastor Mark Huffines of Church of Power officiating. Interment will follow services at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will precede the service beginning at 1pm at the funeral home.
