Svea Darlene Husar's Obituary
Svea Darlene Husar (Henry), 87, of Longview, Texas, passed away on February 19, 2026. She was born on December 17, 1938, in Ford City, Pennsylvania.
Darlene grew up in Ford City and later married the love of her life, Andy Husar, on January 12, 1957. Together they built a home and a life filled with love and laughter. Darlene was a devoted homemaker who took great pride in caring for her family.
She had a special fondness for cooking shows and could often be found watching them and talking about new recipes. Darlene also loved getting out of the house and meeting people—she never met a stranger and was known for striking up friendly conversations with anyone she encountered while out shopping.
Darlene was preceded in death by her husband, Andy, on July 21, 2022.
She is survived by her son, Kurt Husar; her daughter, Rene’ Van Eimeren (husband Jim); and her grandson, Dillon Husar, and his fiancée, Ashleigh Edge.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
