Susan Anita Floyd's Obituary
Susan Anita Floyd was born April 16, 1949, and passed on July 19,2025. She was 76 years old. She died peacefully at her home with family. Susan was born in Borger, TX, graduating from Stinnett High School. Most of her years were spent in the Texas Panhandle, with time in Blackwell, OK, and ultimately came to Longview in her later years. She is the daughter of Billy and Jackeline Passmore, and sister of Coy Passmore of Irving TX and Dixie Cass of Kilgore, TX.
Susan is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Howard Floyd and grandson Scott Steagall. Susan adored her children, and is survived by Stason Steagall of Ponca City, OK, William Floyd and wife Diann of Fritch, TX, and Jennifer Floyd West of Longview, TX. Her surviving grandchildren are Heath Steagall, Trey Floyd, Allison Price and her husband Ira, Audrey West and Kaitlyn West; and 2 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Rosewood Park Mausoleum.
