Steve A. Hudson's Obituary
Graveside services for Steve A. Hudson, 70, of Longview will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at noon in the Old Saltillo Cemetery in Saltillo, TX. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2013 at the funeral home. Mr. Hudson passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013 in Longview.
Mr. Hudson was born in Crowell, Texas on January 25, 1943 to Frank and Vera Hudson. He moved to Sulphur Springs, TX in 1953. He moved to Longview and married Maxine in 1967. He was a machinist for Le Tourneau until he retired in 2006. He is preceded in death his wife Maxine; daughters Linda Lane Keen and Belinda Sanford; brothers Billy Mark Hudson and Frankie Ray Hudson. He loved to be out on his patio smoking his cigar, watching the squirrels and his bird feeders.
Mr. Hudson is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Bobby M. and Pat Hudson of Longview, daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Jerry Keen of Ore City; brothers Roy dean Hudson of El Paso and Paul Gene Hudson of White Oak; sister-in-law Amelia Martin; ten grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
