Shelley Renee Duckworth, 37, of Jefferson, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at her residence. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
Shelley was born October 28, 1969 in Kokomo, Indiana and had been a resident of Jefferson for the past 4 years. She was a homemaker.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Roy Duckworth of Jefferson; children, Carl Haats, Robert Haats, Layla Haats, Shelby Duckworth and Aubrey Duckworth all of Henderson; parents, Bob and Nancy Hoshour of Indiana; and brothers, Bradley and Jeffrey Hoshour of Indiana.
