Sharon Bullok's Obituary
Graveside services for Mrs. Sharon Berryman Bullok of Longview, Texas will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023 at 1:00 PM in Memory Park Cemetery of Longview TX. Mrs. Bullok passed away on March 11, 2023 in Sherman TX.
Sharon was born in Oklahoma City, OK on October 14, 1948 to parents Jess and Helen Berryman. She was a graduate of Longview High School and attended Kilgore College. After college Mrs. Bullok spent time as a flight attendant and was also one of the original cheerleaders to the newly formed Dallas Tornado Soccer Team in 1967. Mrs. Bullok finished out her career as the Human Resource Manager for Timber Blinds and later Hunter Douglas Shades in McKinney TX. Sharon was considered by all who knew her, a fun loving, gregarious spirit, she was always the life of the party, with a very warm and welcoming demeanor. Sharon loved spending time with her family and friends. Sharon loved travel and adventure, with some of her favorite memories being vacations at the beach in Destin and Ft. Walton, Florida with her sisters Susan and Vickie. She will be dearly missed.
Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Jess Willard Berryman and her husband Donald Dewane Bullok. Those left to cherish their memories of Sharon include her mother, Helen Berryman; children Tammy Joplin with her husband Jake, and Todd Dirksen with his wife Casey; sisters Vickie Coley and her husband Alton and Susan Thomas with her husband Rodger; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
