Jim and I have been friends since the early 60's. We went to grade school, Jr. high and High school together. We also worked for his dad, Sam. Jim and I lost touch after school but got reacquainted in our 40's in the oil field. When we started FracMaster I told them that Jim was a must hire. We hired Jim and he was a big part of our success. When FracMaster closed Jim and many others moved to CUDD where again Jim was a big part of their start and success in the East Texas frac business. Jim helped me with many difficult frac jobs. He always had that big smile on his face and was so much fun to work with. But most of all I treasured our friendship. I'm sure he is probably in Heaven designing the next frac job. He truly loved life. His family will be in my prayers. We planted a tree on my farm and named it Jim. Jay Cook
