Sam Deryl Bryce's Obituary
Funeral services for Sam Deryl Bryce, 76, of Longview, will be 2 PM Monday, August 13, at New Beginnings Baptist Church with Reverends Dick Stagner and Gregg Zackary officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens under the direction of Rader Funeral Home, Longview. The family will greet friends at the funeral home Sunday 6 to 8 PM.
Mr. Bryce went to be with his Lord Friday, August 10, at a local hospital.
Sam was born August 29, 1930 in Winnsboro, Texas to Sam Alexander Bryce and Dixie Turner Bryce. He was a production planner at Texas Eastman for 42 years and a member of New Beginnings Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, sports enthusiast, and dearly loved his family and friends.
Mr. Bryce was preceded in death by his parents, sister: Norma Jean Martin and brothers: Harold and Lester Bryce
He is survived by his wife: Norma of Longview, sons: Mickey Bryce and wife Leigh Ann and Stacey Bryce and wife Cyni, both of Longview; daughters: Vickie Stagner and husband Dick and Tina Zackary and husband Gregg, both of Longview; sister: Frances Fuller of Longview; grandchildren: Bryan and Blake Stagner, Allyson, Heather, Hannah and Bekah Bryce, Chelsey Zackary, Lindsey Bryce, Lauren Zackary, Leah Bryce, Kayla and Bryce Zackary and a number of nieces and nephews.
