A memorial service for Sadie Gloria Hobson, 83, of Lake Cherokee, will be held at Rader Funeral Home, Judson Rd., Longview, Texas at 2:00PM, on Friday March 2, 2012. Mrs. Hobson was born on February 23, 1929, to Lee Conrad Spatz, & Sadie Ruth Spatz, in Sherwood, Oregon, and died on February 23, 2012, in Longview, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Raymond M. Hobson, daughter Denise Hobson, & son Rodney Hobson. She is survived by her son Denis Hobson, & daughter, Debbie Hobson, both of Lake Cherokee, brother, Bill Spatz & wife Winona, of Hollister, Missouri, sister, Evelyn Flieger, & husband Delbert, of Placerville, California, brother, Glen Spatz, & wife Ruth, of Harleton, Texas, brother, David Walker, of Salem Oregon, & many nephews, nieces, & cousins, including a very special nephew Stuart Hobson, & wife Carmen, & their children, Dean, Corina, & Mary, all of Garland, Texas, & many other relatives, & friends who loved her very much.
