Ryan Scott Swinney's Obituary
On Friday May 3, 2013 our gentle giant Ryan Scott Swinney was taken from us in his sleep. Ryan has gone home to be with Ma & Paw and now all are watching over us. Ryan was born in Henderson, TX on Sept. 18, 1980. Ryan graduated from Springhill High School. Ryan was an over the road truck driver and for the last two years he has worked with his brother Chad Fitch for Chain Electric Company out of Hattiesburg, MS. He loved working for his brother and loved the Peterbelt he drove. He loved his family and friends very much.
Ryan is survived by two precious twin daughters Emma Walker Swinney & Lanie Walker Swinney both 5 yrs. of age. Also left behind is his mother Starla Smith of Longview, TX, 4 brothers Chris Fitch of Longview, TX, Chad & Debbie Fitch of Hope, AR, Jeff & Brandy Swinney of Obion, TN, TJ & Karra Ingersoll of Hope, AR, 2 nieces Ashlynn Fitch 8 yrs. of age & Cheyla Fitch 2 yrs. of age, 4 nephews Austin Fitch of Longview, TX, Zac Fitch of Longview, TX, Blake Fitch 7 yrs. of age, Dustin Putney 6 yrs. of age.
Ryan will be missed by all that know him and loved him.
Funeral services will be 2pm Friday, May 10, 2013 at Rader Funeral Home in Longview. Interment will follow at Rosewood Park Cemetery. There will be a time of visitation at the funeral home Thursday, May 9, 2013 5pm-8pm.
