Ruby V. Friddle
Funeral services for Ruby V. Friddle, 87, of Longview will be held at Two O?clock pm Tuesday June 1, 2004 at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home 1617 Judson Road with Reverend Tony Harp officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Park Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Friddle passed away Saturday May 29, 2004 in Longview.
She was born May 13, 1917 in Charlotte, North Carolina and had lived in Longview the past 25 years moving here from Shreveport, Louisiana. She retired from the Shriner?s Hospital in Shreveport after nine years as a Certified Nurse?s Aide, she was a member of the Longview Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Steve R. Killough of Converse, Louisiana; Barbara Talley of Waldo, Arkansas; Janice Stringer of Ruston, Louisiana; Sylvia Meador of Longview, Texas; Terry W. Killough of Oil City, Louisiana; Dale Killough of Irving, Texas; one sister, Jessie Reid Hartis of Monroe, North Carolina; one brother, Murray Stilwell of Matthews, North Carolina; nineteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Boyce and Margaret Stilwell, husband, Condie C. Friddle, two sons, Thomas Dean Killough and Barry Jerron Killough, two grandsons, Douglas Gunn and Mike Gunn, one sister, Louise Sustar, two brothers, Barney Stilwell and Jack Stilwell, one nephew, Wayne Hartis.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday May 31, 2004 from 3pm until 5 pm
