Ruby Lee Stoker - Johnson's Obituary
Mrs. Ruby Lee Stoker Johnson of Longview passed away the morning of June 21, 2003, after a brief illness. The family will be receiving visitors on Monday, June 23, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Rader Funeral Home. Services will be Tuesday, June 24, at 10 a.m. at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with Robert L. Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery, Kilgore.
Her husband, D. J. Johnson, preceded Mrs. Johnson in death. She leaves a loving family to celebrate her life. Members include a daughter and son-in-law, Sundra and Walter Timberlake; a son, Charles Johnson; a son and daughter-in-law, Glen and Alice Johnson; and sons, Ranny Johnson and Dietrich R. Johnson. She is also survived by two sisters, Bernice Irving and Willie Lois Roberts; and one brother, Billy Stoker, Jr. Grandchildren include Veronica Boykins and her husband, Ronald; Tonya Harris and her husband, Jeffrey; Christopher Johnson and his wife, Theressa; Audashalon and Ronald Boykins, II; Donyell, Lance, Toris, Christian, Shea, and Felice Johnson. Also, Mrs. Johnson leaves many nieces and nephews she loved dearly as well as a host of friends.
The family of Mrs. Johnson wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Wendell Daniels for his committed care as her family physician.
