So sorry to see this. Praying for Mrs. Yoder. Glen, Karen, and Andrew and their families. I have so many wonderful memories of Mr. Yoder. From his leadership in Christian Service Brigade, to Sunday lunch with the Yoder family after church almost every Sunday during my teenage years. Wonderful memories of a great man.
I am so sorry that I am just hearing of Mr. Yoder’s passing. Your entire family meant a lot to me growing up, and I have so many fond memories of you all. My thoughts and prayers will be with your entire family during this difficult time.
At the company, LeTourneau, we had many really good employees who I reflect upon often; but then, we had some "over the top" employees and Mr. Yoder was one of them. I can tell stories about his dedication to family, life and work that most people in our modern secular society would find difficult to believe…but all true! On a missionary trip to South America, he came close to losing his life before surviving a miraculous recovery…he was meant to be in this world to influence others.. He was also a man of nerve; and he proved that by marrying Mr. LeTourneau's secretary! I hold very favorable memories of Royce Yoder. In Catholicism, we learn of people who go straight to heaven after leaving earth; then, there are those of us who may wait in line a while...Royce is already there. Dan Eckermann
