Ronnie O. Mason's Obituary
Funeral services for Pastor Ronnie O. Mason, 55, of Longview, will be 2 PM Saturday at Rose Heights Church, Longview, with Pastor Lynn Hildreth officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford, Ohio, Monday, November 7. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home, Longview.
Pastor Mason died Wednesday evening at his residence.
A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, he was born July 4, 1950 and had lived in Longview for the past two years coming from Savannah, Ga.. He was one of the first members of the National Children?s Leaders Association of the Church of God and had received the Shepherds Cup Award for the Outstanding Children?s Pastor in the US for 2002. Pastor Mason was the children?s pastor at Rose Heights Church, Longview.
He is survived by his wife: Debbie of Longview; brother: Michael Joseph Mason of Mason, Ohio; sisters: Judith Bell of Cincinnati, Ohio, Jeane Hunter of Tallahassee, Fl., and Joane Jarrett of Scotland and a number of nieces and nephews.
