Graveside services for Ronald McCracken Sr., 63, of Longview will be held at Hallsville City Cemetery on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at 10:00 AM. A visitation will be held at Rader Funeral Home of Longview on Friday from 5:00-7:00 PM. Mr. McCracken passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, in Longview.
Ronnie was born on April 30, 1959, in Marshall, Texas to parents Johnny and Betty McCracken. He graduated from Hallsville High School in 1977. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Hallsville. He was affectionately known as Pop to his family, he loved to spend time with them, fishing & riding his Harley motorcycle while listening to music. He also enjoyed umpiring at Hensley park for many years. Ronnie dedicated 33 years as a Parts Specialist for Pegues Hurst Ford of Longview. Followed by 9 years with Nine Energy Services.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his father, Johnny McCracken and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Dockery. Those left to cherish their memories of Ronnie include his wife, Donna McCracken; Mother, Betty McCracken; Sister, Lynette Duval and husband, Larry Duval; Son, Ronald McCracken Jr. and wife, Candi Soto; Daughter, Heather Dockery: Daughter, Terri Smith and husband, Chad Smith; Daughter, Beverly Ingalls and husband, Jason Ingalls; Daughter, Krista Flanagan and husband, Richard Flanagan; Daughter, Kasi Miller; 19 Grandchildren; great-grandaughter, Falon; and nieces & nephews.
