Ronald Audas' Obituary
Ronald Louis Audas was born on July 24, 1942 in Houston, TX and passed away on April 15, 2025 in Henderson, TX. Services for Mr. Audas will be held in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Henderson on Saturday, April 19 at 10 am, with burial to follow at New Salem Cemetery. A visitation will take place at the funeral home the evening before between 5 and 7 pm.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents Alvin and Dorothy Audas and his brothers Larry Eugene Audas and Harry Leon Audas.
Ronald is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Yvonne Audas, his sons Michael Wayne Audas and Kevin Brian Audas, and daughter-in-law Stephanie Audas. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Jessica Marie Audas, Josiah Michael Audas, Camille Audas and Brayden Audes. As well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Ron attended school in Houston and later joined the Army where he served in Korea during the Vietnam War. Ron worked as a Paleontological Tech in Houston at AMOCO Oil Co. In later years worked at Houston Oil and Minerals. He eventually started his own company, Trace Seismic, INC. in Oklahoma City. Ronald was known for his love for his family, his love for His Savior, Jesus Christ, and his honesty, kindness and sense of humor. His presence never failed to light up a room. He was a devoted husband and father.
