Roland C. Levra's Obituary
Rite of Christian Burial for Roland C. ?Rollie? Levra, 64, of Longview, will be 10 AM Tuesday at St Matthews Catholic Church with Father Xavier Pappu officiating. Entombment will follow in Rosewood Park Mausoleum.
A rosary will be recited at 7 PM Monday, November 10, at Rader Funeral Home, Longview.
Mr. Levra died Friday morning in a Longview hospital.
A native of Iron Belt, Wisconsin, he was born April 8, 1939 to Louis and Mae Beiersdorf Levra. He graduated from Iron Belt, Wisconsin high school as valedictorian in 1957. He came to Longview in 1982 from Milwaukee and worked at Stroh?s Brewery as a supervisor of shipping and receiving until his retirement. He was a member of St Matthews Catholic Church.
Mr. Levra is survived by his wife: Fran of Longview; Daughters: Lisa Levra of Kalamazoo, Mi. and Becky Motley and husband Larry of San Angelo, TX; son: Mark Levra of Longview; Mother: Mae Levra of Ironwood, Michigan; Brother: Dennis Levra of La Quinta, Ca; Sisters: Jeri Finco and Debbie McGrath of Ironwood, Michigan; Grandchildren: Elle and Avery Motley of San Angelo, TX.
He was preceded in death by his father: Louis; Brother: Gordon and Sister: Kathleen Buccanero.
