I know you haven't seen me in a while but surely you will remember me from all the time we spent on the baseball field with "Hollywood". I would like to tell you how sorry I am that Stephen lost his life. I spoke with my parents on Saturday and they told me the news. I'm sorry that I couldn't make it to the funeral since I live in Dallas. I can tell you that I enjoyed all the time I spent with your son during our baseball careers and I am sure the memories will last. I hope you are doing well and know that your son in a better place. Roger,
We are so sorry to hear about your loss. Steven was such a special young man. He was a great athlete who had an outgoing personality which won him many friends. Aaron spoke to him several months ago and said Steven joked and talked about summer baseball. We had the privilege of meeting Steven when he was dating our daughter Jessica Walker. We were really touched by how sweet and mannerful he was.
