Memorial services for Robin Louise Rowe, 44, of Longview, will be held at a later date. She passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2009 in Longview.
Robin was born December 30, 1964, in Carthage, TX to Reginald and Dorothy Rowe. She was a phlebotomist and worked for various medical facilities in the Longview area.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Doyle and David Monk and her father Reginald Rowe.
Survivors include her son, Alex Downing of Hallsville; mother, Dorothy Cranford of Carthage; sister, Susan Boyett of White Oak; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
