Robert Wayne Thrasher's Obituary
Funeral Services for Robert Wayne Thrasher, 69, of Hallsville will be Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Hallsville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday. Mr. Thrasher passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2013.
Mr. Thrasher was born in Rosebud, Texas to Elwood and Gertrude Thrasher. He married Linda Long on October 2, 1966 in Rosebud, Texas. Since retirement he worked full time taking care of Linda.
He is survived by his wife Linda Thrasher of Hallsville; daughters and son-in-law Theresa Thrasher of Hallsville, Tonya and James Johnson of Hallsville; sister and brother-in-law Jean and Melvin Pitts of Temple, Texas; brothers and sister-law Billy and Peggy Thrasher of Rosebud, Texas, Edward Thrasher of Austin, Texas; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
