Robert Park Hilliard
Memorial services for Robert P. Hilliard will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the Wesley-McCabe United Methodist Church. The Reverends Virginia Wall and Dick Dobbins will officiate. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
Bob Hilliard was born July 10, 1928 in Amarillo, TX to William and Francis Hilliard. He joined his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 15, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Shirley Wulfkuhle.
Those left cherish his memory are his loving wife of 59 years, Mignon Hilliard; brother, William Hilliard and wife Elaine; son Neil Hilliard and wife Debbie; granddaughter, Kayla Wimberly and husband Hank; great grandsons, Jayden and Brayden Wimberly; son Joel Hilliard and wife Sheree'; grandsons, Jared, Jesse, and Caleb Hilliard. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and extended family and many friends who have been touched and blessed by his life.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wesley-McCabe United Methodist Church, 1115 S. Mobberly Ave., Longview, TX 75602 or Meals on Wheels, 405 N. 5th St., Longview, TX 75601.
