Memorial services for Richard Michael ?Mike? Boaz, 49, of Longview will be held at Two O?clock pm Saturday June 3, 2006 at the Rosewood Park Mausoleum Chapel with Chaplain David Reeder officiating. Mr. Boaz passed away May 20, 2006 in Longview.
He was born August 15, 1956 in Lubbock, Texas. He was employed by Amoco Oil and Gas Company and also drove for U. S. Express for a number of years.
He is survived by his wife, Janet L. Boaz; mother, Judith Ann Tate; sons, Richard Michael Boaz, Jr.; Patrick Robert Boaz; brothers, Russell Boaz; Robert Boaz; Randell Boaz; sisters, Nannette Rix; and Donna B. Wade.
