Funeral services for Robert Lee McFarland, Jr., 84, of Hallsville, will be 2 PM Monday, November 18, 2002 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Rd. with Mr. Robert Johnson officiating.
Interment will follow in Noonday Cemetery in Hallsville.
Mr. McFarland died Friday morning at a local hospital .
Robert was born August 28, 1918 in Gregg County to Robert and Norma McFarland.
He was a truck driver for Wickham & Swift Packing.
Mr. McFarland is survived by his wife, Wanda Croft McFarland of Hallsville; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Lee McFarland, III and wife, Sonja of Longview, Ronald Wayne McFarland and wife, Alice of Longview, Lonny Gene McFarland of Hallsville, Thomas Edward McFarland and wife, Terri of Hallsville, Gerald McFarland and wife, Theresa of Hallsville; daughters and sons-in-law, Judy Carol Lamadu and husband, Sam of Avinger, TX, Linda Kay Goss and husband, Bobby of Hallsville; sister, Dorothy Furguson of Anaheim, CA. and eighteen grandchildren.
