I was so sorry to hear about such a special person passing. Bobby was a sincere and meaningful person.I remember him also taking time with my children when they were youngsters, to play football or just throwing the ball around. He never ignored them but made them feel that they were special like he was. Such a wonderful man, and I know that the Lord God needs him in Heaven to help with all the young children who are called by God. He could fill any job that the Lord has for him and I know he will certainly be missed here.I pray for his family and I know that God and Bobby will be looking after them from heaven above. From your aunt June who loved you.##imported-begin##June Dumas##imported-end##

I can understand. I lost my brother to a PE in 1996. It was sudden and sad, but I think you suffered more. I know that you had time to prepare yourself, but the waiting and watching would tear me apart. I admire you and your family for the way you supported your brother "Bobbie"

Wade and I extend kind condolences to all Bobby's family and friends: What a wonderful privilege to know and love Bobby. I remember Mrs. Powell's 2nd grade class at Ware Elementary and then jr. high and LHS. I called him "Robert" and he called me "Elizabeth". He and my husband, Gene, were good friends; Bobby was good friends to many. After Gene and I met, Bobby became "Bobby" to me. I was always intigued by his intellect and amazed by his gentleness. His smile could light up a room and I can say I never heard him speak an unkind word toward anyone. That in itself is truly awesome. I loved to listen to campside stories that he and Gene and others shared. Lots of laughter and wonderful memories. We'll miss you, Bobby, but I believe you're with us in spirit and that same spirit is finally free. Most times when you would leave our house you'd say "We'll be seeing you." So, Bobby we'll be seeing you....again.
With love and prayers,
Ebby Childress and son, Wade##imported-begin##Ebby Childress##imported-end##
