Robert Douglas Grider's Obituary
Graveside services for Robert Douglas Grider, 50, of Longview will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, December 7, 2011 in the Rosewood Park Mausoleum. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Grider passed away Sunday afternoon in Longview. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
Robert was born on May 4, 1961 in Odessa, Texas to Dale and Mary Beth Grider. He worked as a manager for Petro-Test, INC for 8 years. Robert was an avid golfer and a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Dylan Grider of Tyler; his mother and father, Dale and Mary Grider of Longview; and his sister, Mackie Gilmore of Alpine, Texas.
