Robert Darrell "Bobby" Garner, Jr.
Funeral services for Robert Darrell "Bobby" Garner, Jr. will be held a 2 PM Saturday, October 19, 2002 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Cremation will follow services. He died Wednesday, October 16 at his residence. Bobby was born December 16, 1988 in Badcanstatt, Germany, and had been a resident of Longview for the past 5 years, moving from California. He was on the Pine Tree Junior High School football team and played baseball for the Phillies in the city league. He was an avid skateboarder. Bobby attended the Greggton United Methodist Church Wednesday evening youth services. Survivors include his mother, Diana Tudhope Nagle of Longview; father, Robert Darrell Garner, Sr. of Bend, Oregon; step-father, Kevin David Nagle of Lakewood, California; sisters, Jacquelin Castaneda and Desirea Nicol Nagle both of Lakewood; special aunt, Yvonne Cox of Hesperia, California; paternal grandparents, Grand Ma and Grand Pa Garner of Tacoma, Washington; and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives, and a host of friends. The family has asked that memorial contribution be made to the Diana Nagle/Robert Darrell Garner, Jr. memorial fund at the Longview Bank and Trust, acct. #0446262, Longview, Texas 75601.
