Robert and Frank Breazeale had Uncle Wyatt's log truck and were having trouble starting it. Many times we would pour gasoline into the carburator to get a vehicle started. Robert was pouring gasoline into the log truck's carb when it Backfired through the carb , spraying gasoline onto Robert's chest. He was wearing a nylon shirt , which was popular in the 50's , setting it on fire, burning Robert badly. As I remember he spent a long time in the hospital. I, along with many others ,have a heavy heart because of Robert's passing .

Uncle Robert was indeed a true legend to the Childress family. You never saw him without sharing a little humor and a smile. He will definitely be missed by all his family and friends. May the Lord wrap his arms around Aunt Sue and children, grandchildren and give them all the strength and comfort during the upcoming days.

Dear Sue and family,
Please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers now and in the days to come. You were blessed to share so many years of marriage and working beside him with your shop. May you feel the loving arms of our Lord around your shoulders, and may He give you peace.

Robert was one of my clients when I worked at Consolidated Tax in Henderson Texas. He was a very kind man, always willing to help and I will miss him. My prayers go out to the family during this time.
Uncle Robert was a great man and will be truly missed by everyone who knew him
I have many fond memories, my favorite one is when I was looking for a car he would check them out for me and gave me advice a yay or nay!
Thoughts and prayers for Aunt Sue, Keith, Elaine and grandkids.
