“After The Rain”
By; Randy Marshall Smith
The Skies are so blue, they dazzle your eyes.
Roses so red they make you blush.
You walk in the woods after a rain and it’s peaceful.
You breath in a pair of lungs full of air.
You can almost taste it!
Trinkets of sunbeams slide between the leaves.
The damp colorful leaves on the ground which you walk upon are cool and wet.
Though I may never pass this beauty again,
It will always pass my mind.
