I always think of Bob spearheading the blood drives on campus, he went from dorm to dorm and to all the campus activity groups recruiting blood donors, his spirit was genuine and infectious and thoroughly inspiring, and he himself donated blood so often that he took seriously ill at one point, but he continued he complete dedication to the cause. I also think of him playing guitar and singing at my sister's intimate wedding in the UA chapel, he was a strolling minstrel in those days, beloved by all. I grieve the loss of our dear brother Bob, God blessed him with many gifts that could have been used for vanity, but he never sought vanity, he made the world a better place with his ready joy and willing sacrifice, his gifts were used for others in powerful ways. We are deprived of his presence but never of his legacy. What a beautiful scripture at the end of the obituary, so very Bob. Patricia, you know I love you and think of you always. - Suzy Snell George
