Ricky Dean Welchel's Obituary
A memorial service and visitation for Ricky Dean Welchel, age 62 of Overton, will be held Friday February 3, 2017 from 5:30pm until 7:30pm at the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Rader Funeral Home. Mr. Welchel was born June 8, 1954 in Oklahoma City, OK. to Clarence and Charles Jimmy Welchel and died January 29, 2017 at ETMC Henderson. He worked for 37 years for Stemco as a hub inspector, he was also a member of the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father Clarence Welchel, mother Charles Jimmy McMichael, step father J.C. McMichael, sisters Charlene Cumplido, and JudyTaylor, and brother Alex Welchel.
Ricky is survived by his wife Wanda Welchel, of Overton, son Jason Welchel of Overton, grandchildren, Tristan Welchel of Overton, Jadyn Welchel of Floresville, Jasmine Molina of Overton, Jasmine Key of Floresville, daughter in law Jessica Welchel of Overton, brothers, Tommy Welchel of Arizona, Terry Welchel of Arkansas, sister Patsy Welchel of Beckville, brothers John McMichael of McKinney, and Paul and Junior McMichael of Turnertown.
