Richard W. Clements' Obituary
Funeral services for Richard W. Clements, 55, of Longview will be 12 Noon Wednesday, August 21, 2002 at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Richard Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Cemetery in Tatum, Texas under the direction of Rader Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 PM Tuesday.
Mr. Clements was born November 5, 1946 in Marshall, Texas to Thurman
and Edna Clements.
He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and worked as a welder for Arnold Casey.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Clements,
Chad Clements, Morris Ferrell, Jr. , Mark Bewley, Paul Parrymore and Brad Reimer. Honorary pallbearers will be friends that accompanied Richard to Honduras.
Mr. Clements is survived by his
mother, Edna Moore Clements of Longview, his wife of 36 years, Marie Martin Clements of Longview; son, Marty Lynn Clements of Tatum; daughter and son-in-law, Keith & Tonya Nelms of Longview; grandchildren, Megan Nelms, Jordan Nelms and Faith Nelms; brother, Roger Clements and wife, Jane, in-laws, Joe and Charlene Martin of Tatum and a host of nieces and nephews.
