Richard was born March 15, 1969 in Tyler and died November 4, 2011 in Austin.
He is survived by his mother, Betty Wheeler of Longview; father, Charles Wheeler of Austin; brothers, Charles Wheeler, II of LIberty City and James Wheeler and wife, LuAnn of Katy, TX; Nephews, Cody and Chance and niece, Jamie; and Richard's wife Kay Wheeler and her son, Joel Brill.
