I will forever remember the great times we had together when you lived in Dallas. The day we met, December 3, 1977, seems like a short time ago.
I was reminded of your big boyish looks when I was looking at the pictures you took in Lee Park on that snowy day in 1978. You were so cute in your green down filled hunting jacket, doing circles on the ice in your Bronco, we could not stop laughing. Forever in my heart you will remain.

I am really sorry for your loss. I am sorry I could not make it for visitation or the service.
I did want you to know though that my prayers are with you. We never really can understand why God calls our loved ones home but, he always knows best. Losing your loved ones is so hard. I have experienced that most recently with the loss of my Daddy. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of him in some form or fashion. I thank God that he had close friends such as ya'll that showed their concern and love for him before he passed on into eternal life.
I know at times you will be experiencing his loss more than others as I do. Just remember that he is in a much better place than we are and call on Jesus to get you through these difficult times. And always remember you have lots of friends out there that are here for you any time night or day.
